During our recent work on Advent we talked about a Christingle so decided to take our learning further and make our own.

Making our volcanoes ready for an eruption!

We linked our Science topic to art and studied the work of Barbara Hepworth before creating our own sculpture.

Exploring, naming and describing the properties of rocks.

We readlly enjoyed World of Work Day and shared what we would like to be in the future.

We are enjoying our music lessons every Thursday.

We had a visitor today...

We enjoyed wearing odd socks to mark the start of Anti-Bullying Week.

We enjoyed making poppy biscuits as part of our work on remembrance.

Developing our mental strategies...

Are magnets the same strength? Ask us about our investigation.

Our Kagan Groups

We worked with 3JC across both classrooms to create a game that used magnetic forces. It was nice to work with children we don't normally work with each day.

We enjoyed sharing and playing the amazing Victorian games that we made for homework.
