What a busy start to year 3! We studied how the Victorians had helped to shape the Ashton we know today. Here are some highlights ...
We visited Portland Basin. We were taken back in time and experienced jobs Victorian children would have done in a house and a cole mine. We found out how a Victorian classroom was very different from our own! We had a great time!
As a school we all celebrated Harvest with the Reverend Devall. Our contributed food to help a homeless shelter in Manchester.
As a class we acted out the story of Diwali. Weused puppets and enjoyed using different voices for each of the different characters we played.
