We used editing startions to edit and up-level our independant story writing.
During Art Week we studied the work of L.S.Lowry. We looked at his industrial landscapes and his portraits. We thought about how his art work tells us about life at this time before we created our own version.

We enjoyed playing games in maths to practise our mental maths strategies (keeping a running total). Dont throw a 6 or you'll loose your score!!

During our visit to Portland Basin we found out about life as a rich or poor child during the Victorian Era. We all decided that we are glad that we live in the present because life was so much harder in 1837!
